The risk management plan provides a high-level overview of the project. It is the process of identifying, assessing, responding, controlling, documenting and reporting risks. A risk is an event or condition that could have a negative effect on a projects objectives and success. A risk could also create a positive effect known as an opportunity. This paper will define how risks associated with the driveway resurface project will be identified, analyzed and managed. It further outlines how risk management activities will be performed, recorded, and monitored through the lifecycle of the project. MORE Roles and Responsibilities The roles and responsibilities will describe the people who are responsible for managing the identified driveway resurface project risks and their responses, and for each type of activity identified in the risk management plan. There are specific members of the project team that will be assigned as risk managers. The following people will be responsible in their respective areas: (a).
